What:
H&R Block Financial Advisor’s Customer Acquisition System (CAS) application routes business-critical leads from the company’s tax services organization to more than 250 financial advisor offices across the country. CAS processes up to 3,000,000 messages per day at the peak of the tax season. The company has deployed AmberPoint to perform comprehensive service-level management and exception handling across the system.
In this presentation, Mr. Thompson will discuss his company’s implementation of SOA management for CAS. He will also review the benefits his company has achieved from implementing their SOA system, the challenges they overcame and how they plan to extend their SOA system to greater business benefits in the future. Additionally, Mr. Thompson will discuss what to look for in SOA management systems, and the requirements for exception management in a robust, high-transaction-volume system.
