SOA Management Leader Extends Global Presence with New Subsidiary in Pune

Oakland, California and Pune, India, May 23, 2005 -- AmberPoint today announced that it is expanding its design and development teams with the addition of a wholly owned subsidiary in Pune, India. AmberPoint Technology India Private, Ltd. is working in concert with the company’s growing California-based engineering department to build future generations of AmberPoint’s industry-leading SOA management software. With the opening of its Pune operations, which will also include sales offices, AmberPoint further extends its global reach and adds to its roster of regional offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, London, New York, Paris, Taipei, Tokyo and Washington.
