Oakland, California, February 1, 2005 -- AmberPoint, the leading provider of service-oriented architecture (SOA) management solutions, announced today significant growth in customer traction for calendar year 2004. Having signed more than thirty new customers during the year, AmberPoint has increased its market share leadership and has extended its reach into a number of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, government, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and energy. AmberPoint has also extended its reach worldwide, having sold its software solutions in ten countries spanning three continents.

The company also completed significant follow-on business with existing customers, and grew the distribution of its complimentary developer’s edition software, AmberPoint Express, to more than 2,500 users. AmberPoint Express is now in use in sixty-one countries spanning six continents.
