Samsung SDS to Distribute AmberPoint Web Services Management Software in Asia Pacific

Leading Software and Services Company Selects AmberPoint to Enhance Offerings and for Internal Use

Seoul, Korea, and Oakland, California, USA, November 17, 2003 -- Samsung SDS and AmberPoint, Inc., today announced a strategic agreement to deliver Web services management and security solutions and services in Asia. Under the terms of the agreement, Samsung SDS will distribute and support AmberPoint software products, which will be localized for countries in the region. Samsung SDS is the enterprise IT software and services affiliate of Samsung, and is a leading provider of software and services in Asia. Samsung has also licensed AmberPoint software for its own internal Web services systems, bringing comprehensive management capabilities to the company’s rapidly growing network of Web services.
