In his presentation Mr. Emerson will review approaches and solutions to successful runtime governance of services-based NetCentric systems at federal agencies. The discussion will draw upon AmberPoint’s implementations at several government agencies and will highlight the importance of runtime governance throughout the SOA lifecycle -- development, testing and production and the need for automatic end-to-end visibility. He will also discuss the vital role of policies in creating highly adaptive, loosely coupled systems.
