The AmberPoint Systems Integrator Alliance Program

The AmberPoint Systems Integrator Alliance Program delivers the software, technical support, training and sales and marketing resources SIs need to implement reliable, manageable SOA-enabled systems using AmberPoint’s industry-leading runtime SOA governance solutions.

The program offers two levels of membership. Systems integrators looking to formalize their alliance with AmberPoint can choose between the entry-level Systems Integrator Starter Kit or the more comprehensive set of services and resources provided with the Systems Integrator Program, which also comes with options for customized integration, SOA assessment toolkits and the ability to leverage AmberPoint's consultants.

The roster of AmberPoint Systems Integrator Alliance Program partners includes global systems integrators as well as regional organizations with expertise in specific vertical and technology markets. All partners in the AmberPoint Systems Integrator Alliance Program are highly proficient at implementing SOA-based systems, with a wealth of practical experience at delivering business-driving SOA solutions to their customers.

Systems Integrator Starter Kit

The AmberPoint Systems Integrator Starter Kit is a cost-effective avenue for pioneering systems integrators and consultants to begin a strategic partnership with AmberPoint. This program delivers the essential elements these organizations require to successfully instrument SOA applications with AmberPoint’s leading runtime governance software.

  • Access to AmberPoint software for one year for use at one lab location and with field SEs for non-production use
  • Continued use of AmberPoint software with $5K maintenance renewal in year two (maintenance includes support and updates)
  • Three (3) days of product training
  • Product tutorials
  • Sales and marketing resources, including access to marketing materials and sales tools, assistance to create joint materials, access to the AmberPoint field, customers and prospects
  • Additional product training also available on a pay-as-you-go basis via onsite training or by attending AmberPoint quarterly training sessions at the AmberPoint Oakland facility
  • Referral fee: 5% on net initial AmberPoint software license revenue
  • Access to password-protected partner portal



Systems Integrator Program

The AmberPoint Systems Integrator Program offers a comprehensive set of training, a higher referral fee, AmberPoint’s NanoAgent Toolkit, SOA Assessment options and opportunities to leverage our industry-leading SOA runtime governance consulting practice (see below).

  • Access to AmberPoint software for one year for use at one lab location and with field SEs for non-production use
  • Continued use of AmberPoint software with $5K maintenance renewal in year two (maintenance includes support and updates)
  • NanoAgent Toolkit for up to 5 developers - SI will own the IP on the derivative work and have the ability to distribute the custom NanoAgent royalty-free for use within AmberPoint environments
  • Ten (10) days of product training, consulting for building custom demos, SI framework/solution development assistance, etc. (3 days for product training, 3 for NanoAgent Toolkit and 4 open days)
  • Additional product training also available on a pay-as-you-go basis via onsite training or by attending AmberPoint quarterly product training sessions at the AmberPoint Oakland headquarters
  • Product tutorials
  • Sales and marketing resources, including access to marketing materials and sales tools, assistance to create joint materials, access to the AmberPoint field, customers and prospects
  • One year of product support
  • Referral fee: 10% on net initial AmberPoint software license revenue



AmberPoint Customer Experience Consulting Services

Systems Integrator Program members can schedule additional AmberPoint Customer Experience consulting services as needed (offered at our standard rates).



SOA Assessment for End User Customers

A SOA Assessment is an onsite SI services engagement with the rights to install and use SOA Management System to perform a one-time analysis for customers in a non-production environment. SOA Assessments are for a specific project/department and for development and testing environments only. The customer/SI retains metadata and dependency diagrams resulting from the engagement, which comes packaged with 10 days of AmberPoint consulting to assist with installation and assessment.
