Responsibilities:
AmberPoint engineers drive projects to market by:
- Personally delivering the requirements definition, project plan, detailed design, code, unit tests,
and ongoing maintenance.
- Working hand-in-hand with documentation, product quality engineering, training and customer support
personnel to deliver user manuals, stress, load, longevity tests, customer training material and

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Consultants serve as a critical bridge between customers and AmberPoint and have proven experience and ability to
perform in the following areas:
- Work directly with customers and, when required, lead customer teams towards successful deployments and
production solutions
- Discover, guide and architect customer requirements and design
- Build strong customer relationships and internal company relationships with other groups (technical support,
training, engineering etc)
- Communicate and advocate customer’s technical and business requirements within AmberPoint (written and verbally)
- Work with and form relationships with System Integrator partners
- Provide onsite customer training
- Provide backup for Technical Support group (handling support requests overflow)
- Determine and communicate best practices where none exist (folding consulting experience back into support
organization through technical notes, white papers, etc.)
Qualifications:
Candidates would have experience in the following areas:
- A track record in being able to learn and use new technologies and tools quickly
